We’re saving our scraps from the landfill and offering hand-crafted, durable furnishings to Vermonters. This year’s theme: free-standing illuminating device Entries must use a majority of reclaimed, reused, and recycled material. This is an event for individuals or teams. There is no limit to team size. A jury will score pieces on Creativity, Innovation, Aesthetics, and Functionality. Opening Reception for contestants and their guests.3 pm Judges announce the winnersShow runs for three weekends June 13th -14th , 20th -21st , and 27th -28thPieces must be picked up by the end of the month.50% of auction proceeds will go to the team or individual, and 25% will go to AIAVT to fund our events and programs, 25% will go to the Montgomery Center for the Arts to help fund their building restoration initiatives.
