Costume Contest and Basket Raffles! Dress to impress. 

Day of: Register at Granite Falls on October 31st starting at 10 AM. Children must be accompanied by a guardian or parent at all times.  Ride around all spooky-like and collect stamps at each location. Return to Granite Falls by 4pm with all the stamps to be entered for cash prize! ($100)
