✹Notes To Oneself: Songwriting as a Tool for Well-being (Led by John Cooke)
Join us for a creative, low-pressure session where we explore songwriting as a tool for well-being. Whether you’re a seasoned musician or have never sung a note, you’ll explore how to pair personal expression with song. We’ll work with a brief chord progression and melody to help everyone find the flow and leave with the start of a very personal song.
✹The Connection Shift (Led by Amy Wolosoff)
How we respond to each other’s news matters more than you think. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn a powerful shift in attention that helps the people in your life feel genuinely supported—a science-backed skill with immediate impact that strengthens bonds and increases happiness for everyone involved.
✹Tai Chi (Led by Judith Rew)
Learn traditional flowing movements that balance, strength, flexibility, focus, and calmness, taught by a master instructor with many years experience.
•12:20-12:50PM: Bagels, fruit, and beverage break
•1:00-1:45PM: Closing Ritual (Led by Jill Wodnick)
The closing ritual will embody principles of belonging, attention and attunement as we experience a gentle activity to close our experiences of the day and acknowledge transformation.
