Join Cherie Cador, Hatha Yoga Teacher, and Liz Fay, Reiki Master and Sacred Sound Healer, for a tranquil evening of movement, breathwork , and sound.

Cherie will gently guide you through restorative yoga postures while introducing the Magic Square- an ancient Taoist form of walking meditation that has been adapted into a yogic breath practice. Using this method, Cherie will teach you how to breathe into specific areas of the body to awaken awareness and invite healing.


As you journey inward, Liz will weave the ethereal tones of crystal singing bowls, drums, and chimes to lull your body into deep relaxation and activate the parasympathetic state — where true release and restoration begin.

There is nothing to prepare. Simply come as you are, breathe deeply, and allow yourself to be carried into calm and renewal.

**Props to bring**
▫️Please bring a yoga mat or two
▫️TWO blankets of about the same size, ideally wool blankets. (This is very important)
▫️Optional: eye mask

Also we ask you bring water for after the event and a snack to ground yourself as well.
