Big Night at Bogside

Experience Bogside in a whole new way with a full-service, multi-course dinner, and curated with craft beverage pairings! An unforgettable evening of excellent food, local beverage, and great hospitality awaits.

You'll enjoy a 4-course menu curated by the Executive Chef of Crafters Smokehouse and live entertainment from local musician, Steve Zaat.

First Course
Mussel and leek tart with chervil and autumn fruit gastrique

Second Course
Seared sea scallops with smoked corn puree, crispy double smoked bacon, and candied squash

Third Course
Smoked PEI Blue Dot Beef striploin with lobster ravioli, sweet pea quenelle and truffle jus

Fourth Course
Candied apple cheesecake with spiced caramel and Tahitian vanilla mousse

Beverage Pairings
Throughout the evening, Bogside Brewing will provide a series of thoughtfully paired specialty drinks (Beer/Cocktail), created/paired to complement each course and elevate the overall tasting experience. There will be a beer, cocktail, and non-alcoholic option for each course
