We are serving Filipino food, Letchon (whole roasted pig), pancit (rice noodles stir fry), Lumpia (Filipino eggroll), Fried rice, Grilled marinated Chicken Thighs, and other Filipino dishes.
 
Description:	Enjoy a spectacular Luau inspired dinner at the James Beard Award winning Quarry Restaurant in Monson, Maine hosted by Marilou Ranta. All proceeds from this event will benefit Veterans Adaptive Sports & Training (VAST), whose mission is to improve the lifelong health and well-being of veterans with disabilities by participating in a vast array of year-round physical activities. The program is run by veterans, for veterans. Last year, we hosted almost 149 days of programming to 291 Unique
veterans with a disability rating who joined us close to 2000 times throughout the year! Programming is always free for veterans, and often includes lodging, food, equipment etc. for our multi-day camps.  VAST intends to use funds generated by this event to meet those expenses that are not covered by a VA Adaptive Sports Grant or exceed the limits of that grant.  With the continuing growth of the program, this type of augmented funding is critical for their operations.
 
There will be also be a table of silent auction items and opportunities with minimum bids. So be sure to check out the auction table. Donations will also be accepted during the dinner to support the VAST program and our Veterans.
