In this traditional Hatha yoga class, we’ll blend gentle stretching, steady poses, mindful breathing, and guided relaxation—with plenty of props and personalized guidance to make every pose accessible.

I’m also a myofascial therapist, so I can help you find any adjustments you need to keep your body supported and comfortable. You’ll leave feeling looser, calmer, and more at ease in your body.
