Winter Workshops and Holiday Party

Winter does not have to be 'Blah' Mark your calendar for the first Saturday of December for a day of workshops! After the workshops there will be a small party to celebrate all of YOU!

12:30 pm Yoga for Dancers: This workshop will focus on the main muscle groups for dancers. Engaging our breath with the asanas (poses) we will create space within the body as well as warm up the muscles from the inside out. Bring your Mat!

2:00 pm Beginning Bellydance Combos: This workshop will be full of drills and thrills for some of the combos we all love. If you are new to the Group Improv Dialect of Bellydance you are going to have such a great time getting into the drills and movements and putting them together!

3:30pm 25 yard Skirt Workshop: A wonderful part of the bellydance costume as well as a dance prop. Grab your 25 yard skirt and meet us on the floor for some great combos and ways to make the skirt fly.

5:00pm Free Holiday Party!!! Light snacks and drinks will be provide as everyone here at Serenity Yoga and Bellydance celebrate this Holiday Season with you!


Cost/Energy Exchange: Take one workshop at $35 per workshop or sign up for all of them for a deal of $70. These prices are per person.
