Cost: 
$20.00 per class or $50.00 for all four classes. 

Monthly members can attend this session (1 or all 4 classes) for free (message me, and I will save you a space). 

Class is one hour long.

The building is closed at the time of the event, so there are no public restrooms on site.

In the event of inclement weather, the class will be held at Mindful Movement (14 E. 1st Street,  Monroe  48161)
