Last month, Delinda and Glen paired up for a sound experience during the Winter Solstice, and it was deeply moving. The combination of crystal bowls and live guitar created a resonance that could be felt throughout the body.

Sound healing works at a cellular level. When the vibration of crystal bowls is paired with the warmth and depth of guitar, the experience becomes even more powerful. Many people described feeling emotional release, deep relaxation, and a sense of reset that lingered long after the class ended.

Because of how meaningful that evening was, we’re bringing it back.

This is a fully restful experience. You’ll be lying down, supported, and guided through sound designed to calm the nervous system and help the body unwind.

What to bring:
Wear comfortable clothing and bring anything that helps you feel supported while resting on the floor. Mats, bolsters, and eye pillows are provided. Feel free to bring your own blanket or pillow if that feels good to you.

Hot tea will be served afterward.
