Self Defense for Women

The session is hands-on and movement-based, focusing on effective physical techniques and real-life applications that we dive into right away. Between rounds of practice, we’ll pause to hydrate and discuss practical self-defense strategies, situational awareness, and personal safety. There is dedicated time throughout the workshop for questions and discussion.

Teacher Tom is a Self-defense instructor with a peace-keeping, Aikido foundation and over 20 years as a professional educator. He provides rigorous hands-on, defensive, confidence-building training—without firearms—that gives students immediate, practical tools to survive both real-world physical and psychological attacks. His approach emphasizes awareness, de-escalation, and practical effectiveness. Learn to channel and direct natural instincts into explosive, non-lethal power.
