Pilates Pedagogy at Heirloom Springs is a destination education retreat for Pilates teachers who are ready to move beyond checklists, choreography, and continuing education credits and into the deeper work of teaching.

As with all retreats at Heirloom Springs, the days are thoughtfully curated. Nourishing meals prepared by our private chef, time outdoors, quiet mornings, and space to integrate learning are woven throughout the experience. The setting supports what happens in the studio: perspective widens, nervous systems settle, and learning lands more deeply.
