We blend:

• Guided storytelling
• Gentle yoga poses
• Creative visualization
• Stretching and breathwork

Students move through imaginative adventures while building flexibility, focus, emotional awareness, and self-soothing skills in a peaceful, structured environment.

Every class ends in our aerial hammocks for deep relaxation. The gentle swaying helps integrate the experience and allows the nervous system to rest before transitioning home.
