Caring for a loved one can be rewarding, but it can also bring stress, exhaustion, and feelings of isolation. Whether you’re caring for a spouse, parent, family member, or friend, you don’t have to navigate the journey alone.

Join our Caregiver Support Group for a welcoming, supportive space to share experiences, learn from others, and connect with people who understand the challenges and rewards of caregiving.

What to expect:
✅ Supportive community – You are not alone
✅ A safe space to share experiences and challenges
✅ Practical coping strategies and helpful resources
✅ Encouragement and support throughout your caregiving journey

📅 When: Fourth Thursday of every month, 10:30am – 12:00pm

📍 Where: Green County Human Services Building, Lower Level Multipurpose Room 1
