In this workshop you will learn the basics on how to make: • refreshing and nourishing hydrosols from aromatic plants • healing and hydrating salves and balms • plant-based lotions and creams for daily moisturizer and sunscreen. Kelly will demonstrate all the necessary steps, discuss variations for customization, and share which herbs are reliable ingredients for each product. Participants will go home with sample products made in class: • 10 mL hydrosol • 0.15 oz. salve stick • 1 oz. lotion Printed class notes with step-by-step instructions and recipes will be provided. And we will have some door prizes as well, compliments of Harmony Grange!
