Our brunch buffet features a variety of chef-prepared stations and classic Easter dishes, including a Chef Action Station with Cane Syrup Lacquered Ham and Prime Rib carved to order.
The Grazing Table will include an abundant selection of favorites such as Praline Chicken, Boiled Shrimp, Chicken and Sausage Gumbo, Au Gratin Potatoes, Jambalaya Grits, Mashed Potatoes, Blackened Redfish with Cajun Cream Sauce, Three-Cheese Tortellini, Spring Vegetable Medley, Glazed Tri-Color Carrots, Spinach Madeline, Quiche selections, French Toast Casserole, Bacon and Sausage, and assorted fresh salads.
End your brunch on a sweet note with indulgent desserts including Bananas Foster Flambé, Cherries Jubilee, and an assortment of dessert shooters, along with complimentary mimosas for our adult guests.
Brunch will be served from 10:00 AM – 2:30 PM with two seating times available: 10:00 AM and 12:30 PM, and each seating is open for two hours.
