On all Hallows Eve when there is a chill in the air,
the streets are filled with strange creatures darting everywhere.

One place welcomes all....the strange and the scary, even the sweet, the slimy and hairy.

Bring your ghosts and your goblins, your witches and mummies, and stop by Haunted Historic Downtown Monroe for some treats for their tummies.

FREE FAMILY FRIENDLY TRICK OR TREATING along the cross streets of Main St & Lewis St. Come celebrate some Halloween fun with your hometown businesses.

Note: Roads are not closed down for this event, so please plan accordingly and stay safe.
