It is a blessing to begin Thanksgiving day with a gracious heart, and a strong connection to our body and breath.

Class space is limited, so register today.

Donation.  This will be collected the day of the event.  Please feel free to donate what you can afford.  Some of the proceeds from this event will be given to a local food bank.
