No yoga experience needed – just bring your bump, your breath, and a willingness to slow down. ?

Taught by an experienced antenatal teacher, doula, birth-keeper & pelvic health specialist.  The class blends Yoga & Qi Gong inspired movement, Shiatsu body balancing, birth biometrics and a warm, supportive atmosphere.
