Out & About Training

Join us for a two hour, relaxed and interactive session. Everyone is welcome!

"Out and About" training is a great opportunity to learn simple ways to support people with mobility difficulties or sensory impairments.

The training covers simple techniques to help people in and out of chairs and cars, offers advice on wheelchair use and handling, on guiding people with a visual impairment and lots more.

Where: Wellbeing Information Centre, Abergavenny. Opposite Aldi.
