* Beginner Friendly with a pancake flat course.

* Medal for all finishers

* Drink Station at 5 miles

* 9.00 am start.

* Car Parking and toilets are available in town. Car park charges from £1.40

* Due to the route being on a shared path and narrow in places we strongly advise runners not to wear headphones

* Runners run at their own risk and organisers will take no liability for any injuries. If you are ill or injured on the day, we strongly advise you not to run. Please read our withdrawal policy.
