Art is one of the most creative ways through which we can express our soul nature. We are all inherently artistic, each creation an experience of healing and transformation. There is power in the act of creation, a moment of freely expressing oneself soulfully.

Together, participants will plunge into creative experience, guided by their feminine energy and the depths of their essence. Previous experience with drawing or painting is not required as this workshop is designed to foster connection rather than perfection: connection with your soul, your emotions, with your inner space that is intensely rich but often ignored. With this soul painting experience, you will reconnect with your Inner Child through a guided meditative experience to calm the mind and foster well-being.
