Come and practice Qigong for health and longevity! A practice rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Qigong involves gentle movement, breath, and visualization to cultivate healing and nourishment.
Class will begin with a warm up of standing exercises to open meridian pathways allowing energy to flow. The main portion of class will be a set of Qigong exercises to clear tension, stress, and old energy, and to bring in vibrant and nourishing new energy. To wind down, there will be a small meditation to harness the energy we have created in this class.
This class is donation based! Open to everyone and adaptable to all. Exercises can be modified for any ability.
