Holiday Cooking Class: PLANT-BASED CLASSICS (V + GF)
THE POPULAR HOLIDAY COOKING CLASS IS HERE!!!
Are you vegan, vegetarian, or new to a plant-based diet? Is the approaching holidays stressing you out, thinking of what you’re going to eat or serve?
The holidays can be stressful for the newly vegans, or if you need to cater for friends and family that may be on a plant-based and/or a gluten-free diet.
This is why I created this class, right in time for all the Holiday festivities! ?
During this class, we’ll cover the importance of dealing with food intolerances, the benefits of a vegan and gluten-free diet, as well as meat-free, dairy-free, and gluten-free alternatives for all the Holiday classics dishes you might encounter! ?

- Gingerbread Latte with Salted Caramel Sugar
- Mini Nut Roasts with Candied Carrots
- White Bean Puree Topped with Roasted Squash
- Beet, Citrus & Chicory Salad with Pistachios
- Spiced Parsnip Cake
Aside from enjoying a class with like-minded people, sharing amazing conversations and laughs, you’ll also get to enjoy a full meal at the end of the class, lots of leftovers to bring home, and a hand-out of the recipes we made that evening, to bring back home with you. ?
