That's the whole reason this course exists, and it's why we refuse to teach it with a slideshow.

Unboring so it sticks! That's our thing. You will be on the floor doing compressions until your arms burn. You will use a real AED. You will work a choking scenario with someone actually playing the part, not a bullet point on a screen. By 4 PM your hands will know what to do before your brain catches up, and that is exactly the point. Panic makes people freeze. Practice makes people move.

What you'll walk out able to do
Perform CPR on an adult, a child and an infant
Use an AED without hesitating over the buttons
Clear a choking airway
Stop severe bleeding
Handle an unconscious person, shock, and the medical emergencies that show up most
Read a scene fast and know exactly when to call 911

Who's in the room
Tradespeople who need the ticket for site. Parents who never want to be the one standing there frozen. Coaches, daycare staff, office first aiders, and people who watched something happen once and swore never again. No experience required. Employers across New Brunswick accept this certification.
