Fitness Fun for Everyone is a free, inclusive group fitness experience designed to welcome every body. Led by multiple certified REFIT instructors, this high-energy class blends simple, adaptable movements with uplifting music in a positive, encouraging environment.
REFIT emphasizes whole-body movement, motivation, and community rather than competition or perfection. Modifications are always encouraged, making the class accessible for all abilities and fitness levels. Whether you’re new to group fitness or just looking for a fun, supportive way to move, you’ll find a space to feel strong, confident, and connected.
No experience needed! Just wear comfortable clothing, bring water, and come ready to have fun.
