This is not a demonstration where you sit and watch. You’ll be mixing, stretching, folding, shaping, scoring, and baking dough right alongside me inside my working cottage bakery.

You’ll also learn how to:
• Feed and maintain a healthy sourdough starter
• Understand fermentation and dough development
• Recognize under-proofed, over-proofed, and perfectly proofed dough
• Shape artisan loaves with confidence
• Score your bread for beautiful oven spring
• Make bubbly sourdough focaccia
• Troubleshoot common sourdough problems
