Welcome to Radical Rest: Restorative Yoga and Gong Bath! Join us for a blissful afternoon of relaxation and rejuvenation at the Monaghan Peace Campus.

In this 90 minute Restorative Yoga and Gong Bath you can take an opportunity to slow down and allow your body and mind to reset. This session will incorporate the deep holistic sound resonance of a Symphonic Gong Bath, providing a cocoon of living tones which penetrate into the many layers of your being; including the physical, emotional, energetic and spiritual bodies we all possess. The Sacred tones are catalysts for deep meditative states enabling the bodies natural healing process to take place efficiently with great effect.

In Restorative Yoga all postures are fully supported with blankets, blocks and bolsters ensuring yout comfort whilst your body gently relaxes, restorative postures and the Sacred Gong work on activating the Parasympathetic Nervous System; improving sleep and reducing the likelihood of depression and anxiety. Wear loose fitting clothing, warm socks and prepare to float your way out into the weekend...
