A space to reconnect — with yourself, nature, and a community of like-minded women.

Together we’ll move, share, rest, and reflect.

The day includes yoga, shamanic drum journey, nourishing food, time in nature, and sound healing — all held with care and intention.

No experience is needed. All are welcome.

About Your Retreat Facilitators — Justine Sydenham & Lyssa Breeze
Justine and Lyssa have been co-creating and facilitating spaces for deep connection, healing, and transformation for several years. Together, they have facilitated workshops, trainings and retreats throughout NSW. 
With a warm and grounded approach, they hold space with care and kindness — welcoming women of all ages and walks of life to come as they are.
