What to expect :?
~ Flowing gentle morning Yoga practice to purify, to stretch and strengthen the body , clear the mind and create balance and innner harmony.?
~ Guided Meditations & Pranayama to better align with the higher aspect of yourself, to enhance intuition.
~Forest Bathing
- Cacao & Fire ceremony with Intention setting : Clarity & vision ( with heart opening Ceremonial grade Cacao )✨
~Peace, stillness, tranquility and Nature - deep nervous system reset.
~ Breathwork practice to help shift and clear blocked or stagnant energies.✨
~Sound Healing Journey by Yasco, with Crystal bowls, rain stick , , chimes etc✨
~ A relaxed, friendly and small group of wonderful women !??
- Beautiful surrounds on private land.
~Shared lunch together (please bring a dish ) surrounded by the gum trees, in a peaceful, beautiful, private location.
