A breath journey into joy, lightness and internal freedom

Join us for a unique, heart-opening experience designed to open your mind, shift stuck energy, and reconnect you to the magic within.

We begin by sharing a cacao together which will open our awareness and energy centers and set our intention for the journey ahead.

You will be provided with some science and theory of how the breathwork session will unfold and also tips and information to allow you to breathe better in daily life and intergrate the session. 

From there, we flow into an uplifting breathwork session — not your typical intense breakthrough-style "trauma release" practice. This is a fun, energising, rhythm-fuelled experience guided by deep and melodic house beats. You will be taken on a journey, purely on the power of your own breath.

Let go of any emotional weight you’re holding
Drop into deep connection with yourself
Finish grounded, open, and beautifully regulated

Whether you’re brand new to breathwork or a seasoned breather, this session will leave you buzzing with natural energy and in love with your own breath. Come get high on your own supply — your nervous system will thank you.
