Our Autumn retreat involves daily practices that will help you restore, reset and re-energise!

We begin each day with a pranayama practice and slow flow asana practice designed to bring awareness to your pranic energy and how you can further enhance it through your yoga practice.

Mid morning, we nourish the mind with yoga philosophy. We refer to Patanjali’s 8 limbs, the path toward freedom and liberation. We share with you our favourite sutras, verses to help you ride the waves of life.

The afternoon is open to walks, talks or visits to the swimming hole. Perhaps you simply want to read a book under a tree somewhere.

We conclude each day with an evening Restorative Yoga practice aimed to rest and restore the body and mind to bring us into a state of deeper relaxation.

Through practice and repetition, we are able to build on our pranic energy, our life force, and raise our immunity and vitality!
