A “Sound Journey” is similar to a Sound Bath, but with a greater emphasis on being fully immersed in a flowing experience through sound and imagination. We will begin with gentle breathing exercises before gradually creating a peaceful scene in the mind’s eye — a journey through nature designed to help you relax and let go. From there, the sounds of the instruments will hold space for you, allowing you to drift into an hour of stillness, calm, and deep relaxation.
