We support over 150 people every year recovering from severe and enduring mental illness.\r\n\r\nMore recently, we've launched RE:SET, an ambitious new project to support people who are at risk of mental illness in develop coping strategies and self-help techniques to help them to stay well.\r\n\r\nWe deliver Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) and mental health awaress training to local business organisations.\r\n\r\nWe work across the city of Chester, the towns of Ellesmere Port and Neston and the wider Cheshire West area.\r\n"
