Deep Healing Sound bath

Join Forestry of Sound for a monthly sound shower of healing & rejuvenation. Immerse yourself in the healing tones of chimes, Tibetan & crystal singing bowls, gong & drums to soothe the senses. My soundscapes can be a lovely way to relax, let go of stress & support physical & mental balance. All you will need to do is lye back, relax and allow the sounds to work their magic!
Important information
Whilst sound healing can be a lovely experience for expectant mums, It is advisable to wait until after the 1st trimester of pregnancy. This event is not suitable for those with sound induced epilepsy, severe mental health conditions or for children under 16 years of age.
Chairs / Yoga mats are provided but Please bring a blanket & anything to support your comfort.
