From my previous post, I explained how I was diagnosed with ADHD later in life but found it hard to freely talk about my quirks, and the like, with others around me. I felt a casual meet up with like-minded people would be the answer, but found nothing was available in the Port.
Following that post, and with such interest, I now have a date and venue for our first get together.
This will be Saturday 15th November from 12.30pm, at the cafe in Theatre Porto, Whitby Park.
This will be a safe space where we can chat, share experiences, and be ourselves with no pressure.
