Winter Seed Sowing

Join us for a hands-on program where you’ll learn the simple, sustainable method of winter seed sowing—a way to start your garden early by letting nature do the work! Discover which seeds thrive in cold conditions, how to prepare your containers, and tips for success once spring arrives. If possible, please bring a clean clear gallon jug (from milk, juice, cider, etc.). We will have some for those who do not have one to bring. Then you will plant your first seeds in this take-home container ready to spend the winter outdoors. Come grow something beautiful—even in the snow!
