Our Open Day is a simple invitation. Come into the studio, experience the rooms, meet the team, and take a taster class in a space designed for practice. No pressure to be flexible already. All equipment provided. Just a chance to see what fits.

Across the day we are running a programme of free taster sessions, each one short, beginner friendly, and taught in the way we teach every week at Yoga Light. You can try one session or make an afternoon of it, depending on what has availability.

Massage and Reiki taster sessions are now fully booked, though you can meet our lovely practitioners. There is still room in all of the movement sessions and talks, though they are filling up fast.
