Come and join us for our Club Training Sessions- all abilities welcome!
👟 Whether you’re new to the sport and would like to have a go; have already trained with weights but would like to develop your Oly Lifting skills; or would just like to hone your current technique and gain confidence in a friendly environment- this is the place for you!
🎉 Following an 8-Week block pattern, each week we’ll.focus on different component drills and strength and conditioning exercises to help you become your strongest you! On Week 8 we’ll retest and see those results, celebrating them together, however small!
