Motherhood has filled my cup in the most incredible way — and now I’m ready to hold space again for your little ones. ? ? 

? Children’s Yoga is back! ? 

Our first 8-week course begins March 5th at 
Outside Lives, Maeshafn Road, Gwernymynydd, Mold, CH7 5LE. 

This term we’ll be meeting each of the Yoga Bears and gently exploring the chakras in a way that’s playful, grounded and easy for children to understand.

Over the 8 weeks your child will:
? Meet all of the Yoga Bears.
? Explore a different chakra each week.
? Move through themed yoga poses.
? Experience guided meditations.
? Learn calming breathing & relaxation techniques.
? Build confidence, emotional awareness and connection.

As always the sessions aim to be nurturing and supportive, helping children feel safe, seen and empowered. ?

Spaces are limited to keep the group small and personal.
