Experience the woods like never before! Come dressed in costume and hike along a glowing trail to learn what goes bump in the woods at night. Visit spooky stations, but beware! Will tricks or treats await? Enjoy a crackling fire while roasting marshmallows for s’mores. 

This program is a night hike, not a parking lot trunk or treat. It will take place at Hickory Creek Preserve — LaPorte Road Access.

Two sessions will be offered:

Session 1: 6-7 p.m. 
Session 2: 7:30-8:30 p.m.

This program fills quickly, so don’t delay! Registration is required for the entire group, including children and adults. 

The hike will be up to 1 mile on natural surfaces across uneven terrain with elevation changes not suitable for strollers. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service to participate in this program should submit a request online (https://www.reconnectwithnature.org/americans-with-disabilities-act-information/request-accommodation-inclusion-service/) no later than 48 hours before the program.
