DESCRIPTION: Learn to grow your own organic food! Debbie Rea, a.k.a. The Gardener Wife, will share how she maintains an organic kitchen garden in the Chicago suburbs from year to year–her favorite methods for planting, watering, feeding, and putting the garden to bed and how she deals with problems such as pests, diseases, and weeds.
Her SLIDE PRESENTATION will be 45-55 minutes long, followed by a 10-15 minute question-and-answer session.
