Admit only 2 per booking time slot Option to Book Multiple Sessions (5 Session Pack) - Book first session date & post your first session, please choose days for your next 4 sessions [all within 3 months time period] ~~~ Important - Please be on time. Prefer to reach 5 -14 minutes before your booked time! ~~~ Our other healing experiences - Listening Circles where we create a `SAFE SPACE` for listening, where listening is `JUDGEMENT FREE & without SUGGESTIBILITY` where listening means `TO BE PRESENT` and `SPEAKING OUR TRUTH` where we can be ourselves & ready to `CREATE A NEW REALITY` for ourselves!! Shinrin-YOKU - Forest bathing bathing in forest atmosphere, or `taking in` forest through our senses. more than just a Walk... This is not exercise, or hiking, or jogging!! (so children friendly, esp. family event) It is simply `being in` nature, connecting with it through our all senses To experience, How to take in forest bath? Slowing Down... Balancing our 5 Senses... KOMOREBI - Sunlight filtered through tree leaves connecting with ourselves... tree climbing, tree hugging, being mindful under trees... Fun Games & Circle Dances These are non-competitive, non-judgemental games & circle dances. These games are full of celebration, laughter freedom and connection. Our lifestyle and busy schedule (also many a times, caring for everyone except ourselves) try to take all the fun away from us and as we loose this fun, we feel stressed out... so don`t loose out to the stressful lifestyle!
