Lohri Celebrations: A Day of Joy and Festivity
Lohri, the vibrant cultural and seasonal festival of Punjab, was celebrated with immense enthusiasm and energy by the students, staff, and administrators of Jogindra Convent School. The celebration began with the honorable School Chairman inaugurating the event by lighting the traditional bonfire.
Students added life to the celebration by dancing to the rhythmic beats of Punjabi music, creating an atmosphere filled with joy and excitement. Traditional Lohri delicacies such as groundnuts, rewari, and popcorn were distributed to all the students, adding to their happiness.
During the celebrations, the School Chairman addressed the gathering, sharing meaningful and inspiring thoughts with the students. He encouraged them to embrace hard work and determination in their lives.
