Supported Social Swim with Sauna

Have you done an intro session but would like to build your confidence?
Do you want to swim but don't have a swim pal available?
Fancy a swim and sauna with a supportive group?

Join qualified open water swim coach, Ingrid Campbell from Tweed Valley Wilding, for a fun supported social swim. Build your confidence, meet new people and learn more about how to wild swim safely.

This session is not for complete beginners, please book the introductory session.

£30 for swim and sauna, and light refreshments.
