This free community class is designed specifically for the heroes who spend their days caring for others. Join Annette for an accessible and supportive yoga practice focused on reducing stress, improving mobility, calming the nervous system, and restoring both body and mind.

Through gentle movement, mindful breathing, stretching, and guided relaxation, this class offers first responders a chance to pause, recharge, and reconnect. No yoga experience is needed — all levels are welcome.

Open to all first responders including police, fire, EMS, dispatchers, nurses, healthcare workers, and support staff.

2026 Class Dates:

• December 5th

Free for all first responders.
