Join Kim and Stephanie for an evening of Reiki and Sound Bath Healing. This is a deeply relaxing and restorative practice that combines the gentle, energy-balancing techniques of Reiki with the soothing, meditative qualities of a sound bath.
During the evening Kim channels Reiki energy to help align and balance the body’s energy centers (chakras), promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. Simultaneously, Stephanie’s sound bath features harmonious tones from crystal singing bowls and chimes. These sounds create vibrations that can penetrate the body, promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and fostering inner peace.
The combination of Reiki and sound therapy works synergistically to clear energetic blockages, restore balance, and elevate one’s overall sense of well-being. It’s a holistic experience suitable for anyone seeking to relieve tension, improve focus, or deepen their connection to themselves.
