ART NIGHT - JAN 22

Art Night Description:

Give your mind and body a moment of calm through an art-for-wellness project designed to reduce stress and support grounding. This guided session uses repeated shapes, patterns, and color to help quiet the nervous system and invite focus and ease. Led by a certified trauma-informed artmaking facilitator. No art “talent” or experience required; anyone and everyone can fully participate. Enjoy an evening of relaxation with the community in the cozy Queen Bean Coffeehouse on 14th Street in Modesto.
