Sound Experience/Holding Your Space

How can we better hold space for our emotions and better understand how we calm them in difficult situations? For this class with guided breath work techniques we will interact with the breath and how we calm our vessels down.
Through this sound experience with attention on our breath and how we engage in our life force we will learn how to stay in our center.
