We’ll break down:
• Barbell back squat
• Deadlift
• Bench press

This workshop is for beginners who want to learn from scratch AND experienced lifters who want to refine their technique and build more confidence under the bar.

You’ll learn proper setup, bracing, positioning, and how to move safely and effectively — so you can feel strong every time you lift.

We’re celebrating International Women’s Day the best way we know how… under a barbell. ?
